Our Office Policies

At Connecticut Heart Group, our goal is to provide the best possible  cardiovascular care for each patient. When you visit one of our convenient locations in New Haven, Branford or Hamden, our highly trained specialists will provide a comprehensive cardiac evaluation and treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and goals. We offer a full range of office based diagnostic modalities - from EKG, holter monitoring and stress testing to echocardiography, vascular ultrasound and nuclear imaging. We are affiliated with the world-renowned Yale New-Haven Hospital where we provide inpatient consultation, transesophageal echocardiography and catheter-based solutions including cardiac catheterization, angioplasty and stenting, as well as pacemaker and defibrillator implantation. All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

Appointments & Cancellations

To schedule an appointment please call us at (203) 867-5300. We understand that your schedule may change and that emergencies arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice. Please extend us this courtesy so that other patients may be seen.
